50’s Black Felt Circle Skirt with Red Sequins and Poodle Appliqué threes company brady Closes with a hook claspMeasures 24 at the waist; button can be moved over to make it a 26 waist, full through the hips and length is 29. Circumference at bottom of hem is 180. Fabric is wool felt with felt and sequin appliques, unlined. No label. Excellent condition with no holes or stains. True colors are black with white and red appliques. Poodle is 5 tall by 3. 5 nose to tail. Has metal side zipper and one button on the waistband. **A note on measurements: I like to give
